263. Boma Watchman Pawn Chesspiece

Part of a chess set designed by Christian M. White in 1997, the Watchman represents the pawn.

Figure is seated and shown wearing the tall hat as befits his status. 6cm high, black resin. The complete set comprises of 16 black figures and 16 white. See also Rook Bear and Raven Queen No. 11 and No 169

Small 3" pewter pole, with Raven, Frog and Watchmen figures. Small gemstones included to highlight eyes. No visible TM

 

187. Red Ceramic Shaman Figure




Very unusual hand painted ceramic piece, depicting a seated figure holding a large fish. Figures mouth is open as if in song. On his head is a tall hat with potlatch rings and  an eagle sat on its crest. A second face graces the eagles chest. No makers marks.


Figure seems to be wearing animal skin shirt and leggings.
